All of our projects are customized to one thing - you. At CS Prototyping, it's clear who owns the tooling. The customer does.
We build tools that can be run at any molding facility and can offer Fast Track Tooling for parts that fit into a 5x8 or 7x13 aluminum mud insert. If your part is a unique size and doesn't fit into a standard insert size, we build standalone mold bases in customized sizing.

We pride ourselves on being one of the industry's best builders of low volume injection tooling and parts made of QC-7 aluminum.
Our prototype or "Bridge" tools will run up to 250,000 shots. Parts can be shipped in as little as two weeks with no need to send new data for minor part changes. Our expert team can mold any plastic resin and any surface finish needed.
