We have a wide range of molding capabilities ranging from 33 to 375 tons.

We are equally adept at low volume and high volume production, including complex insert molding, hand assembly, overlay molding, and final assembly.

MODEL & PART DESIGN

Our design department is capable of taking a napkin sketch to a finished plastic part. We have full-service design capabilities that include both part and tool design. We have tool designers on staff that can quickly develop unique solutions for even the most complex jobs.

CNC MACHINING

Our CNC department is the heart of the tool room.

Our CNC department contains high speed machines that are capable of 3-D contour cutting at speeds of 500 IPM. We also have a seat of Master CAM tool-path software at every machine. With all CAM and CAD computers networked, we have the technology to machine all our tools in a paperless environment.

Our in-house tool room provides precision construction of quick prototypes, new molds, service work, and repair. our experienced and professional staff offers our customers their expertise and assistance from the time they receive a project through its entire life-cycle.
